An ordinary reservation runs through the Town Tavern Green page on Toast and lands straight in the floor plan for 1840 Town Park Blvd. For most evenings that is all the process anybody needs.
Beyond that, ring 330-778-8647. Give the date, the head count and the window you want to hold, and let the room answer honestly. A Saturday evening in Uniontown and a Wednesday afternoon are two different buildings, and the person on the phone can see which one you are describing.
Decide the shape of the night before you call. A team night that wants wings and nachos on the table for three hours is a different plan from a family dinner where eight people want the filet, the Amish half chicken and the walleye. Same kitchen, completely different timing.

The room is open 11am to 2:30am Monday to Friday and 9am to 2:30am at weekends. A party booked at this address is not handed a hard stop at ten o'clock, which is the single most useful thing about planning a group night here.
Holiday weeks can shift things. Confirm the date with the room when you book rather than assuming the standing hours hold.
Think about the shoulder hours as well as the obvious ones. A party that starts at four on a Saturday gets a calmer room and a kitchen with more space than the same party starting at eight, and it can still run as late as anyone wants.
