The Town Tavern Green menu covers shareables, Jumbo Tavern Wings, prime burgers, handhelds, tavern entrées, a Fresh Catch board, flatbreads, salads, power bowls and desserts. See it on the Green Toast storefront, order through Uber Eats or Grubhub, or call 330-778-8647.
One book, seven sections, and a range that takes in a giant pretzel and a hand-cut strip steak. This is what is in each part of it at 1840 Town Park Blvd.
Burgers first, because in Uniontown they are what the room is known for. All of them are prime, all of them come with fries. The Classic is two patties with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle on brioche. The Chipotle Ranch Cheddar and Bacon layers candied bacon and steak butter. The Queso Royale sits a double smash in warm queso blanco. The Ring of Fire is the one to order if you want the heat to argue back.
The handhelds are the sleeper section. Shaved prime rib turns up twice, once as the Philly with onions, peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella and once as a French dip with Swiss and au jus. A Maine lobster roll arrives in creamy aioli on a New England brioche bun. Tavern breaded chicken is hand-breaded and can be tossed in any wing sauce, which makes it the cleverest order on the page.
Wings run traditional, hand-breaded boneless, or five vegan wings, all of them going into a board of more than a dozen house sauces — Tavern Hot, Buffalo, Sweet Heat, Thai Chili, Carolina Tangy Gold, Teriyaki, Honey BBQ, Spicy Garlic, Garlic Parm, Jack Daniel's BBQ, Mike's Hot Honey — plus Cajun and Jerk dry rubs.
Shareables cover the middle of the table: Game Time Nachos, jonah crab claws steamed and chilled with garlic aioli, buffalo chicken dip, candied bacon and onion dip, truffle fries, a giant Bavarian pretzel, and The Butcher's Gold — two roasted marrow bones with steak butter, arugula and crostinis.
The back half of the book is where the tavern stops being a tavern. Entrées bring the 8 oz filet, the hand-cut 12 oz strip, a double-cut pork chop and a brined Amish half chicken. Fresh Catch brings cedar plank salmon, chargrilled walleye, Creole catfish over dirty rice and a hand-breaded perch basket. Then flatbreads, a prosciutto and fig salad, build-your-own power bowls, and lava cakes, carrot cake and key lime pie to finish.
Prices are deliberately not printed here. The dish list above is drawn from the tavern's historical menu file, and the live figures belong to the Green Toast storefront, which is also where the Uber Eats and Grubhub listings take their cue from.
For a group, the useful shape is this: shareables and salads at the light end, wings, burgers and handhelds through the middle, and the steaks, the walleye and the lobster roll at the top. Call 330-778-8647 if you need today's number on a specific dish before you commit.
Green gives you four routes to the same kitchen: the Toast reservations page for a table, the Toast storefront to view the menu and order for collection, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. The apps are the reason a lot of Uniontown houses eat this menu on a weeknight without leaving the sofa.
The phone is 330-778-8647 for anything specific — a sauce on the side, a large order, a question about the catch. It rings in the building rather than at a call center.
The room's week runs 11am to 2:30am Monday to Friday and 9am to 2:30am on Saturday and Sunday. An early weeknight table is the calmest way to eat the entrées and the fish.
Late is the other answer, and in this township it is close to the only answer. There are not many kitchens near Town Park Blvd putting a French dip or a perch basket in front of you after midnight, seven nights a week.
The Town Tavern Green, 1840 Town Park Blvd, Uniontown, OH 44685 · 330-778-8647 · Mon–Fri 11am–2:30am, Sat–Sun 9am–2:30am.
The same book is printed for the Copley menu on Montrose W Ave, so either address gets you the same kitchen.
